You decide what closes — and how strict

Block exactly the apps that grab you

You choose per app what closes: social, games, mail or everything. One tap on the token and they stay locked until your session ends.

Or give yourself a time limit

Not everything has to close. Pick a budget of 5, 10 or 15 minutes of actual usage — put your phone down and it stops counting.

    Stopping takes a tap too

No button you can just swipe away. You physically return to the token — exactly the second of reflection you need.
