Retention: from the length of your session up to a maximum of 12 months. Legal basis: legitimate interest / necessary for the service.

Analytical

Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) helps us see which pages are visited, how long people stay and where things go wrong, so we can improve the site. IP addresses are truncated and we do not use the data to identify you personally. Retention: up to 14 months. Legal basis: consent.

Marketing

Google Ads (_gcl_*) and the Meta pixel (_fbp) measure whether an advert led to a visit or sign-up and make it possible to show relevant adverts on Google, Facebook and Instagram. Retention: up to 13 months. Legal basis: consent.

Google Ireland Limited (Analytics and Ads) and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited place cookies if you consent. They may process data outside the European Economic Area; this is done on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Their own privacy policies also apply to these cookies.

Third-party videos or maps are only loaded when you activate them yourself.

We do not sell data, and we never link health data from your account — such as medication, supplements or focus sessions — to advertising or analytics cookies. That data stays within your secure account.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the button below. You can also delete or block cookies via your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge). Blocking necessary cookies may cause parts of the site to stop working.
